Gabor SS12 shoe collection
The Gabor SS12 shoe collection has already had a great reaction. The Gabor formal shoe range offers a good range of heel heights with a wide choice of toe shapes . Gabor shoes are available in full and half sizes this ensures you can get a great fit.
The Gabor SS12 shoe collection is very on trend offering loads of colour and a strong choice of materials. Key colours include denim blues and lush black patents. The Gabor casual shoe range will spoil you for choice. Comfortable, soft and stylish are words we often hear from happy customers.

What do the names inside the shoe mean ie “Hovercraft”, “Sacchetto”, “Best Fitting”?
— “Hovercraft” shoes have air cushioned soles for even more comfortable walking.
“Sacchetto” is a shoe construction that conceals any stitching internally making the shoe's lining equally soft all-around.
“Best Fitting” gives more room at the ball of the foot.
Can I get my Gabor shoes repaired?
— Moulded sole units are very hardwearing but non-repairable due to their construction (they are literally moulded to the upper.) Gabor court shoes can be re-heeled.
I wear orthotic insoles, can I put them in all Gabor shoes?
— Not all Gabor shoes will take orthotics, look out for products with removable footbed ie Gabor Amulet. Court shoes and flat pumps don’t generally suit orthotics. Try something with a strap, like a Mary Jane shoe to help keep the shoe on.
Are Gabor “Sport” shoes just for sport?
— No, these are fashion shoes designed for comfort.
Will Gabor “Sport” shoes suit my wide foot?
— These are generally not as wide the the Gabor “Comfort” range but are very soft and giving on the foot. Pick the right shape of shoe to match your foot ie nothing too pointed if you have a more square foot.
Are all Gabor shoes leather lined?
— No, some Gabor shoes have breathable textile lining. Also the footbeds are all leather

I always have lots of issues when it comes to buying shoes, I do find that Gabor are the best brand for me but need some advise on which styles would be most suitable. I find a G fit is not supportive enough for me as I have slim ankles but the standard fit is too narrow at the toe, do you have any advise?

Gabor shoes might be the answer for you, they are avaliable in larger sizes and come in half sizes too. There are a few styles that we would consider suitable for school, Gabor shoes are hardwearing, use great quality leathers and fit really well but we must say that they would not be as durable as a shoe designed for school. I have a very formal garden party event to attend this summer and am struggling to find a suitable pair of shoes, I want to wear a heel but I want to be comfortable as it lasts all afternoon and into the evening. I usually wear Gabor, is there anything that you can suggest?

A garden party is a struggle when considering what shoes to wear, stilletto heels sink into the grass but sometime flats just aren’t smart enough. I think a wedge heel might be the answer to your question, you will be more stable, comfortable and even if the weather is wet you will not sink into the lawn. I don’t know what colour you are hoping to wear but the Gabor shoe range for this season is very colourful and they have a lovely selection of formal wedges. I am looking for stylish but wider fitting shoes, I cannot ignore the fact that I have bunions but cannot face going into what I call “Granny” shoes, do you have any ideas...... Please?

I think Gabor might be the answer for you, the shoes come in a vareity of fittings, the H fit would be best for you from the sound of it, this is the equivalent to an EE fit. Gabor shoes are produced using really soft and supple leathers so they give to the shape of your foot, even bunions and there are some stylish designs in wider fits. I cannot wear a heel as I have some health issues but I have an evening do coming up and really want to look nice, I don’t usually go for a ballet pump as I feel that there is not enough support in them but I feel like this might be my only option, do you have any ideas?

Gabor have a lovely range of pumps in lots of different colours and finishes, some are more formal than others but all offer a good supportive fit. Do you have wide or narrow fitting feet as Gabor flat shoes come in a range of width fittings. Im 17 and have to wear orthotics, I wear boots all the time in winter but this summer I really want to try and get away with a lighter pair of shoes. Do you have any suggestions?

We do stock Gabor Pharaoh which is a deep fitting pump which has a strap across the in-step, this will help to keep the style on the foot and will offer a good supportive fit. If you are looking for a trainer style shoe Gabor Amulet might be worth a try.

Gabor are a massive company offering something for everyone from size 3 upwards. The shoes are grouped into several ranges — each targeted at a particular look and fit.
Look out for range names in individual product descriptions: Gabor Sports is a selection of casual sporty shoes designed for everyday wear. These shoes are younger looking and fit similar to the “Fashion” range (more narrow). Gabor Fashion range features high-tech construction techniques and is made from the highest quality materials. These make great work shoes and comfortable special occasion wear. Gabor Jollys are a bright collection of young and trendy styles offering generous fit across the range. Gabor Comfort range offers wider fitting shoes and more conservative looking designs. These are a great choice if you are looking for ultimate all day comfort.

The Gabor Spring-Summer 2012 range sees the return of some best sellers, such as Agassi and Amy. Gabor has also introduced new styles including Rita and Geraldine which have added a mix of vibrant colours and textures.
